8 Easy Changes You Can Make To Your Diet Today To Drop 7 Pounds In Just One Month
Hi. I see you're new here. That's cool. To find out what this site is about, please read this page. You may want to subscribe to my RSS feed. It's free, you won't receive any spam from me (like, ever), but more importantly: you'll never miss a single word. Thanks for visiting!
Losing weight can be a frustrating experience. Many acclaimed diets mean quite serious changes to your lifestyle, and can be expensive or socially prohibitive.
However, there are some simple changes you can make to your daily eating habits that will guarantee weight loss over a relatively short period of time - often quite a significant amount in just one calendar month.
(Obviously, this assumes all things being equal in the rest of your typical daily calorie intake. Replacing the calories saved by the advice here with other products will naturally tarnish the end result.)
Here are 8 easy changes you can make to your diet today that won’t mean any radical adjustments to your life, nor will they break the bank. Many of these are well-known and even border on common sense, but it’s amazing how easily it is to overlook something that is so simple yet so beneficial.
The good news? There’s no exercise involved, and you won’t have to eliminate junk food, alcohol, pasta, pizza or pastries, and you can even eat just under half a kilo of chocolate per month!
(For the ease of mathematical conversion, in all instances in this post a month is considered to be 30 days.)
As this is quite a lengthy post, for convenience I’ve given each step its own page. Included in parenthesis is the total possible loss one can achieve by following the advice inside.
- Ditch The White Bread (6,600 calories)
- Switch Sugar For Sweetener (3,600 calories)
- Switch To Skimmed Milk (1,920 calories)
- Switch To Low-Fat Mayo, And Use It For All Spreads (2,957 calories)
- Drink Diet Soft Drinks (4,131 calories)
- Switch To Medium-Fat Cheese (1,765 calories)
- Swap Standard Crisps For Low-Fat Ones (1,268 calories)
- Eat Half The Chocolate You Eat Now (2,291 calories)
Assuming You Do All Of The Above, The Total Possible Calorie Loss Per Month Is: 24,532.
3,500 calories make up one pound of bodyweight.
24,532 / 3,500 = 7 pounds of weight.
In just one month. In two months, just by making these basic changes, you could lose 14 pounds (one stone, or 6.35 kilograms) without doing any exercise, and pretty much eating and drinking whatever it is you normally have outside of the modifications above.
Naturally, if you threw in a few trips to the gym each week, the benefits could be extraordinary.
In all the examples above, brands are mentioned purely for illustrative purposes and are not an endorsement. Other brands are available. Check with your local supplier.

Yeah, in theory you could lose all that, However, it is wise for someone to exercise as well. I eat more meals but in smaller portions.
