I clicked on submit, refreshed my site, and bang, it was toast. The site was still there, but the CSS was all screwed-up. And then when I went back in fix it (I had a back-up), Wordpress said it didn't exist. It clearly does, though, as it's quite visible on my WS_FTP. :) I'll have a play around. I'd forgotten, meantime, how unbelievably fast this default theme loads up! I don't know. This is weird. The only similar problem I've ever got is wordpress switching back to the default theme without notification (the theme directory wasn't deleted though...)
