About This Blog
Hi. I see you're new here. That's cool. To find out what this site is about, please read this page. You may want to subscribe to my RSS feed. It's free, you won't receive any spam from me (like, ever), but more importantly: you'll never miss a single word. Thanks for visiting!
Between March and July of 2008 this blog played a big part in providing me with the incentive to make changes to my life, both in how I interacted with the people around me, and within myself as an individual.
Due to various other projects, this site is no longer updated, although I still read and respond to any comments made by visitors. You can catch up with me on Twitter by following @Sheamus.
This site is essentially about two big things:
- How did I end up here?
- What do I have to do to get to there?
These are quite broad questions. I figured that the easiest thing to do is to try to break it all down. I thought about the things I wanted from life, as well as the things I felt would improve me as a person - as an individual - and this was the list I came up with:
- Eat Well
- Get In Shape
- Get An Education
- Find My Dream Job
- See The World
- Find Inner Peace
- Give Back
Seven things. Seven things I felt were necessary to accomplish one broader goal: to live well.
On top of all this, I need to take control of my finances.
This blog will follow my personal development. I’m a guy who likes to share stuff. I have a lot of crazy anecdotes about life, relationships, money, nutrition, the gym, friends, ex-girlfriends, brothers and children.
